Q: Are your gloves made from real leather?
Yes! All Elias Leathers gloves are handcrafted from 100% genuine full-grain leather — we never use synthetic or bonded materials.

Q: Do your gloves come with a warranty?
Absolutely. Every pair includes a 6-month craftsmanship warranty covering stitching or material defects. If something isn’t right, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge.

Q: Can I request custom-made gloves?
Yes! If you’re looking for a specific glove design, color, or size, email us at Helpdesk@eliasleathers.com and we’ll be happy to discuss customization options.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our workshop in Darby, Pennsylvania, USA.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. For international requests, please email us for a custom quote.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days (Standard Shipping)

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your package.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused gloves in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at Helpdesk@eliasleathers.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange — our support team will assist you.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Funds are sent back to your original payment method.
