A: Yes — all our candles are handcrafted in small batches to ensure consistent quality and a personal touch.
Q: Do your candles contain any harmful ingredients?
A: No. Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and are free from parabens, phthalates, and harmful dyes.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, Relias ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Returns & Refunds

Q: My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
A: Please email us at Helpdesk@reliasleathers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
